Best Books of 2010: YA Part One

When I decided to compose my Best Books of 2010 post, it was no surprise to me that many of the books that I wanted to include would be considered YA. I enjoy reading YA, although I am not myself. And this year, there were many great YA books that I read. I've divided them up into different categories, and presented the Best in YA in no particular order.

    Amy & Roger and The DUFF were on my best of 2010 list too :) (first post here: http://thelifeoflale.blogspot.com/2010/12/highlights-of-2010-part-i-for-hopeless.html)I'm such an evangelist for A&R- definitely one of my all-time favorites, and made me desperate to take a road trip!

    Hi Lale! I actually put off reading Amy and Roger for a while, because I really don't read a huge amount of contemporary YA, but I loved it!
